San Antonio’s Creole Food Truck Datz It and Datz All are now on display at the Pastiche Cocktail Point

Creole food truck Datz It and Datz All now offers its Louisiana-style soul cuisine at Pastiche, the East Side cocktail heaven.
The six-year-old company began serving the cocktail lounge over the weekend, offering an opening menu of smoked alligator sausage and fried alligator po’boy sandwiches, black pudding and Datz. It Cheeseburger, truck signature.
Pastiche is open Tuesday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight. The food truck will open at 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and will serve until 11 p.m. or full.
Pastiche is located at 1506 E. Houston St.
