The large covered patio makes a welcoming first impression and is a great place for patio furniture. Through the front door, the floor plan immediately opens into the great room. A bright and open informal gathering space that is filled with natural light from the large sliding glass door and skylight above. A double sliding glass door opens the large room onto the covered patio at the front where an outdoor lounge could be arranged for hot summer days. When the season changes and the days get shorter and darker, a fireplace at the back of the large room warms the space and can be enjoyed throughout the living room.
An island with a breakfast bar provides some visual separation from the kitchen, which is well-equipped with modern appliances and a small wall-mounted pantry. Hidden behind a retractable kitchen door is a cupboard with stacked washer and dryer.
Towards the back of the floor plan, the ceiling drops as it passes down the hallway from the bedroom. Between the two bedrooms is a complete and compartmentalized bathroom. The slightly larger bedroom has direct access to the shared bathroom, making it feel like a master bedroom.
