Open house scheduled for Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Jeanne Michelle Design, an interior design boutique based in Palm Beach, Florida, is proud to announce its latest project – the transformation of an approximately 1,900 square foot traditional home in the Pine Needle Park neighborhood of Medfield, Massachusetts, into a beautifully furnished and reimagined farmhouse. The project was completed in just under two weeks. Open doors are scheduled for Friday June 10 from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday June 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sunday June 12 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Despite the challenges of travel and an economy plagued by supply chain and labor issues, Jeanne Martin, Director of Jeanne Michelle Designs, led the renovation from start to finish. The house has been gutted from the ground up – all the equipment has been replaced, the bathrooms have been replaced, new flooring has been installed and the kitchen has been completely renovated, with new countertops. Martin has also transformed an old work shed into an adorable backyard “she shed”/garden room, which also features a zero-edge swimming pool created by renowned designer Daniel Pellegrino of J&D Landscape Contractors, as well as a a hot tub and a newly installed pizza. oven and picnic tables. Landscaping crews are arriving today to put the finishing touches on the property.

Additionally, the home, located at 6 Partridge Road in Medfield, will go on the market (expected June 9) fully furnished, so will be exactly as it is. The property features four bedrooms (one currently converted into an office), two and a half bathrooms, family night/cinema room, living room, kitchen, sunroom, mudroom and utility room and sits on 0.46 acres.

Jen Bradbury of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group is the broker of choice for this property, and Jeanne Michelle Designs worked with builder Arther Olavera of Luxe General Construction Inc. in Boston.
